Runner / Assistant (Ad Hoc)

We’re always looking for Production Runners/Assistants to support our team across a range of shoots and production tasks. You’ll help with setup, coordination, and on-the-day logistics to keep everything running smoothly. This is a great role for someone eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced production environment. Bonus if you are familiar with Nanlite / Aputure / Canon / Blackmagic kit.

Video Editor (Ad Hoc)

We’re always seeking skilled freelance Video Editors who can jump into projects as needed and bring stories to life through clean, compelling edits. You’ll collaborate with our creative team to shape narrative, refine visuals, and deliver work that meets our brand standards. Editors must be confident working in DaVinci Resolve & bonus if you can travel to our Woking office.

Sales & Production Lead

We’re hiring a Sales & Production Lead, who will build strong client relationships and champion our ‘Content Works’ video marketing service. You’ll guide clients from first conversation through final delivery, managing production workflows to ensure every project lands with impact. If you thrive at the intersection of sales and creative execution, this role offers real ownership of what you create; and includes commission for the business you drive.

Junior Filmmaker

We’re hiring a Junior Filmmaker with a sharp eye for storytelling and visuals. You’ll assist with shooting, editing, and bringing creative concepts to life across a range of digital formats. This is an opportunity to develop your craft alongside an experienced production team and help make content that resonates with audiences.

Our Story

Founded in 2022 by Tim Marsh in his university bedroom, Lamplight Media has grown exponentially to work with clients like Surrey County Council, Ann Summers and Kew Gardens.

We’re renowned for blending high-end visuals with seamless production workflows, all delivered with professionalism creativity and heart.

Our team is led by Tim Marsh (Managing Director) and Callum Swan (Creative Director), school friends who became filmmaking partners. With 16 years of combined experience, two Business award nominations seven festival nominations and a win for Best Drama at the 2024 LA Film Awards their storytelling expertise spans three feature films 15 short films and 10 music videos.

As experienced multimedia storytellers we’ve built our reputation on creating meaningful content across all formats from cinematic brand films to social media videos that drive engagement.
